2013 Cider

The 2013 apple crop of Lodi, Empire and Haraldson apples yielded about 16.5 gallons of 1.051 juice. 11 gallons went into fermenters and is now in a keg and 66 12 ounce bottles. Back sweetened with some lactose (1# per 6 gallons cider) to balance out the tartness. Now, back to brewing beer... :ploiink:
