This one? We no need no stinking beer gun!
I think I saw a similar diagram for this somewhere. Looks like the poormans way to go. Haha, more money for ingredients.

I don't think there is a brand name. It is just a cork and a racking cane and it uses a picnic tap to control the flow as you let some of the pressure escapes past the cork. Like I said I haven't used it yet but there is a good discussion on its use on one of Biermunchers posts.

Thanks bob! I have searched around on Homebrewtalk for ideas. There seems to be a lot of plans out there for homemade ones. I was leaning towards the Dixon Filler. Is this similar to the plan you bought parts for?

Re: Counter Pressure Bottle Filler?
On homebrewtalk.com look at posts by biermuncher. he has a very simple way using minimum parts and explains how to do it. In the 2 years I have been brewing I have gotten most of my knowledge from homebrewtalk.com it is a very valueable place for info. I bought all the stuff to make a bottle filler but I haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

beer gun
I have a Blichmann Beer Gun, but have not used it yet. There are some reviews of it at http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f137/blichmann-beer-gun-119283/

Counter Pressure Bottle Filler?
Does anyone have a recommendation on a counter pressure bottle filler?
I've used a couple and they always seem to be a big pain.
