I don't believe wild rice is actually 'rice', but it seems starchy enough...

i agree with randi, i can't see why not. i have used rice in a few light colored beers, but it was flaked and i would have to do research on how to convert the rive to flacks

I've never done it, but I wouldn't see why you couldn't.

Rice as ingredient?
So here's a query I have that maybe someone can answer.
I've always heard that some of the "big" beer companies, and specifically Budweiser, use rice as one of their main ingredients.
My quest is, could you then use WILD rice as an ingredient in beer?
