Do you use a secondary in your process? Or have you done cold crashing before you bottle to get as much of your yeast to the bottom of you fermenter?

I have always wondered how the Big brewers keep from having sediment on the bottom of there bottles. how can i offer the cleanest bottlle of beer to a friend? this is my first post...go easy on me. thanks. GWW
