Bohemian Pilsner and Mead. Irish Draught Ale (Smithwick's) recently bottled and another Bohemian Pilsner kegged. Next up; Belgian Golden Strong Ale, if I can get the yeast to start up :gimme:

2/22 The Belgian yeast is going strong in the starter wort :drunk:

IIPA currently - Brewed on a whim on Sunday. It is nice to have a good stash of ingredients on hand at a moments notice! Was a beautiful day for brewing!

Nothing in the fermenter right now. Sitting with an American Brown Ale, Belgian Strong Dark, and an APA on tap. Will be bringing a few sacks o' grain back from the cities next week so those fermenters can be filled. Cheers!
