i dont know about the whole spit thing.. the beard is pushing it,but its what craft brewers do..push the line right?im with you about the whole rogue brews not my fav. i have a sister in that live near new port im gonna check out there brewery just for kicks..maybe they can try my sweaty feet yeast..lol

I'm not a big fan of Rogue beers. They just never seem that special. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of wild yeasts. I've always wanted to try an open fermentation beer. The kicker for me is that Rogue, the home of Pacman yeast, decides "Hey, I bet there's other yeasts out there we could try."
