LaPlante yeast Empty Wild Thing in the fermenter

I brewed the home-made malt, home-grown hops and wild yeast beer today. A lot of unknowns went into this brew scratch but we'll see what comes of it in a few weeks drunken

LaPlante yeast Empty LaPlante yeast

I am building up a starter of a wild yeast dubbed "LaPlante", captured by one of our HRHB members, Alan Church. I have 11 pounds of homemade pale six-row malt and several ounces of homegrown hops to make up a brew that will include the wild yeast . A truly homegrown seat-of-the-pants brew... hope it's a good one :cheers:
