Transfer complete
Jeremiah, Jerry, Chip, Jon, Alan, (Rocky behind the camera) and Ryan transferred Imperial Stout out of the used wine barrel and refilled it with Brown Ale on the last of January 2013.

Barrel Update
See our website: Barrel Update. After about 5 months in the barrel the imperial stout is coming out next week to be replaced with another 60 gallons of brown ale.

Brewing for the barrel
The HRHB has a 60 gallon used oak wine (Chardonnay) barrel and plan to fill it with Imperial Stout to age... stay tuned.
