Thomas Jefferson's Beer Brewed Again

This is kind of neat, Starr Hill brewing is making what they consider to be something close to what Thomas Jefferson would have brewed at his home. That's too bad they're isn't a written recipe.

Most beers today are made with barley, but the Monticello Reserve Ale is not. The ale is modeled after the ingredients available to Jefferson at the time, including wheat and corn.
